* Paying up to £55,000 plus benefits. Hybrid working (1 day per week from home)
A growing West London company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This exciting new role will involve the following duties for a current team of 50 staff:
1. HR operations administration
2. Implementing HR policies and procedures
3. Reviewing of compensation and benefits
4. Collating of payroll information for outsourced provider
5. Management of employee relations and performance reviews
6. Creating and fostering culture and values
7. Supporting the design and development of HRIS
8. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
9. HR Projects
To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills and experience:
1. Ideally standalone HR experience within an SME environment
2. Strong hands-on experience across HR operations
3. Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice
4. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Ideally some experience in supporting system implementations
