The Supported Living Administrator will support the work of Service Managers to ensure that the people SOL works for have the best possible care and support and are enabled to live the life of their choosing. Job Purpose The quality of the service SOL provides is dependent on the ability of the Supported Living Administrator to efficiently and effectively plan and coordinate the supportive structures that facilitate excellent care and support As a key resource for frontline service delivery the post holder will work alongside the people we support and their staff teams to ensure that all administrative operations run efficiently and smoothly. Tasks and Responsibilities Work in partnership with Service Managers to ensure that SOL can evidence best practice as required by external regulatory bodies such as the Care Inspectorate and Local Authority. The Supported Living Administrator will ensure that the following events are planned and that evidence to support these is appropriately recorded in line with KPI’s. Duties include diarising meetings, sending invite letters/texts & minute taking at meetings as required. During review meetings you will be facilitating for internal & external parties so being confident in front of an audience would be an advantage. To ensure the effective, efficient, and timely flow of information to and from SOLs services. Complete scanning, indexing, and filing of the people we work for documents To ensure that all paperwork in relation to the people we work for is available in people’s homes as required. Conduct reception cover when required To be flexible – some duties may take place out with normal working hours To provide annual leave cover for colleagues. Maintain our information management systems and provide ongoing support to staff in relation to the use of these. Any other associated duties that may be reasonably requested.
