Are you a Nursing Associate looking for a supportive team and the opportunity to develop new skills? We are looking to expand our fantastic nursing team and are keen to hear from motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individuals.
This post offers nursing associates the opportunity to develop or expand clinical skills, ranging from wound care, diabetes management and Palliative care to name a few. The role gives successful applicants the opportunity to take the first step into a community-based role with opportunities to develop within the organisation, including the top up to Registered nurse programme .
We are committed to offering successful applicants a structured and individualised induction and development plan, tailored to professional development needs, also taking into account any transferrable skills.
Induction periods include shadowing of Specialist services (Tissue Viability, Bladder and Bowel, Rapid response) to enhance knowledge and develop ongoing working relationships. Successful applicants will have access and support from our Induction Facilitator and Practice development nurses, who will support with initial and ongoing development and education.
**Please note you will need have undertaken the Nursing associate or Assistant practitioner qualification to be considered for this role**
We are looking for forward thinking, passionate Nursing Associates (ANA’s will be considered if you are on the course) to support the management of patients within the West Hertfordshire.
The role requires you to be able to keep accurate clinical records and have good clerical/ administrative skills.
This post offers a great opportunity for nursing associates to develop their clinical skills and have experience working in the community. The organisation is supportive of training needs and there is an excellent mandatory training and education programme. You will also receive regular clinical supervision and safeguarding supervision.

Candidates must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
