As Enterprise Sales Director, you will take a strategic leadership role in driving their enterprise sales success. You will lead and coach a team of four highly experienced Account Directors, all of whom are payment experts, to deliver exceptional revenue growth and client success.
The Role:
* Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of senior sales professionals, ensuring they achieve and exceed their revenue targets.
* Driving enterprise sales strategy, focusing on expanding their footprint in the Enterprise SaaS and FinTech sectors.
* Owning and optimising sales processes, ensuring a data-driven and structured approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and execution.
* Expanding their presence in key industries, with a particular focus on Travel, Lending & Wage Advance, Pensions, and Government/Public Authorities.
* Driving high-impact commercial outcomes, with a relentless focus on revenue growth, process efficiency, and strategic account expansion.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and maximize value.
Key Requirements
* 15+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong background in SaaS and FinTech sales.
* Proven track record in leading and managing senior sales teams, including coaching and developing experienced Account Directors.
* Results-driven mindset, with a passion for data, processes, and sales execution to drive measurable outcomes.
* A deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS, embedded payments, and financial technology solutions.
* Industry experience in Travel, Lending & Wage Advance, Pensions, and Government/Public Authorities is a strong plus.
* A strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute high-growth sales strategies.
