We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Services Team as an Administrative Apprentice.
An exciting opportunity to work in the Community Services directorate at Nimbuscare as an Administrator Apprentice. The team works alongside Primary Care to ensure that frail patients receive the right care at the right time.
Providing administrative support to the Community Services Team, helping to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently by undertaking tasks delegated by the Senior Operations Coordinator.
Main duties of the job
Administration: Provide administrative support to help our team achieve its goals.
To assist with the administration of paperwork and data in line with Nimbuscare procedures and processes.
Organise Meetings: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking rooms, and preparing necessary paperwork.
General Support: Support with day-to-day tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Meeting Attendance: Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to support the team.
Any other duties: Provide administrative support as requested.

We also provide community-based frailty care, which focuses on treating people in the community where we can. We also aim to shift services into the community where possible, for example, our community diagnostic centres run in partnership with the Acute Trust.

REPORTS TO: Senior Operations Coordinator
SALARY: £6.40 per hour (FTE 37.5 hours per week)
