We are looking for a Head of Pharma Marketing NEC who will be accountable for Product management, strategic & operational marketing activities for the bioMerieux Pharma product range, including reagents, instruments, software and services at NEC level.
This role reports to the NEC Industry Head and functionally to the EMEA Pharma Marketing Director.
What will be your responsibilities at bioMerieux?
1. Ensure Marketing support for the NEC and contribute to the achievement of the sales budget of the Pharma business and define the strategic Marketing plan at NEC level.
2. Define product launch strategy (G2M process) at NEC level according to strategy defined by EMEA Pharma marketing director and NEC industry head. Accountable for the life cycle management of the Pharma portfolio at NEC level. Take ownership of these launches and when ready, transfer the knowledge to the sales force at NEC level.
3. Define and develop marketing plans based on Customer Value Management, in collaboration with the EMEA Marketing Director. Support NEC industry head and sales manager to prepare sales budget for the Pharma market.
4. Define the marketing communication plan at cluster level and secure the execution.
5. Support Sales with field activities on a regular basis, to prepare arguments, to test the market before launching products at NEC level.
6. Support other functions in the organisation, in order to back up the offer design by marketing; check that plan and organisation of these functions are adequate to deliver the designed offer (sales forecasts, logistic, sales administration, Price list update, CPQ update, CRM optimization including Lead management ...) at NEC level.
7. Interact with sales force, NEC industry head, global functions, participate in sales meetings, global & cluster meetings, product meetings & congresses ... develop relationships at NEC network with KOL and strengthen partnerships.
8. Continuously follow courses, trainings about the bioMerieux products and competition to become the local expert for delivering the value of our solutions.
Who are you?
You will have good knowledge and understanding of industrial microbiology techniques with both a scientific and marketing sales background.
It is essential to be able to organise local meetings and work in an international environment.
You will be a flexible team player, with a customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
This role requires high autonomy with travel across Northern Europe required.
