The Role
With a strong emphasis on client service and teamwork, we are now seeking a dynamic Client Co-Ordinator to join our Audit & Assurance service line to be based at our Head Office in Carlisle. The successful candidate will oversee administrative tasks and provide essential support to the wider team, ensuring unparalleled service delivery.
The main elements of this role will include:
1. Collaborating with Partners, Colleagues, Business Owners / Directors and external organisations
2. Managing the onboarding of new Audit clients from the point of success, and gathering relevant documentation in line with the firm's AML policy
3. Preparing professional clearance and statutory engagement letters for approval before issuing to clients
4. Completing administrative tasks, including the maintenance and onboarding of accounts spreadsheets, distributing incoming mail and processing relevant system amendments and deletions
5. Co-ordinating team and management meetings, room bookings, agendas, minutes and any follow up actions
6. Completing other general administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and binding client packs as and when requested by colleagues within the Audit & Assurance team
7. Assisting colleagues with queries and delegating tasks as and when required
The Candidate
In order to fulfil the responsibilities of the position, we would like candidates to be / have:
1. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
2. Experienced working in an administrative role within an office environment, being well adept at using Microsoft software
3. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and able to communicate effectively with clients
4. A team player and willing to assist colleagues within the team where possible
5. Able to prioritise workloads under strict deadlines and work well under pressure
6. Able to use initiative and have great organisational / problem solving skills
7. Keen to become part of a dynamic team
