We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Direct Sales Executive to join our Sales and Admissions team in Oxford. This is a pivotal role for a consultative sales professional with a proven track record of consistently exceeding
targets.

£32,000 p/a pro rata
Your primary focus will be driving student enrollments for our prestigious UK summer programmes, working autonomously within our Oxford office to manage the full sales cycle and deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the team’s success.

Essential:
Demonstrated record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outperformance in a direct sales role, ideally within education or a premium service industry.
Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and align solutions effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a persuasive yet empathetic approach to sales.
Tenacious, self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
Experience managing a high-value sales pipeline and driving conversions in a competitive market.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
Desirable
Experience in selling premium educational programmes or working in international student recruitment.
Familiarity with the UK and international education systems, particularly summer or residential programmes.
Multiple languages desirable
