About you: For the role of Product Manager, were looking for someone with a curious mindset, a proactive approach and is able to demonstrate the following skills: Proven experience in product management or as a product owner Ability to take ownership and accountability for the product Ability to understand and balance both business and user needs Familiar with agile development processes and working with cross-functional teams Exceptional presentation skills and a clear communicator Experience within the Intellectual Property industry (desirable) Are you wondering what life at an informal, agile tech company might be like? What youll be doing: You will be joining the Product team, made up of technical solution finders who build, improve, and test our industry-leading product suite. Your role will include: Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives Prioritise product developments based on customer value and business impact Engage with clients and end users to gather product feedback and identify potential product improvements Engage with internal stakeholders at various levels to present feature proposals and gather feedback Be an expert in the product and assist other teams across the business where needed, including in client workshops and sales demonstrations Collaborate with the product owner and developers to oversee product specifications and ensure that developments meet requirements and quality standards Collaborate with teams such as marketing, sales and our Subject Matter Experts to communicate and co-ordinate product developments and launches Define and track KPIs relating to product performance Monitor industry trends and competitor products and identify opportunities Line management of the product owner ADZN1_UKTJ
