The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and achieving targets.
Duties:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using telemarketing techniques.
2. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and promote relevant products or services.
3. Utilise Salesforce software to manage customer interactions and update records.
4. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
5. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries or concerns.
6. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
3. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
4. Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals effectively.
5. Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
