The Dementia and Older Adults Lead Nurse will provide strategic direction, support dementia service improvement and act as an expert clinician to support the decision making of a range of other health and care professions. The Dementia and Older Adults Lead Nurse will lead on the ongoing implementation of dementia standards, national and local strategies as well as the dementia service remobilisation and recovery plan. Applicants must be innovative and resourceful to meet the challenges of the remote and rural area of practice. This will involve working across professional and organisational boundaries, in partnership and in collaboration with wide range of stakeholders.
