Deliver engaging lessons in BTEC Tech Award in Health & Social Care (Level 1/2) and GCSE Psychology, if required. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students. Assess, track, and provide constructive feedback on student progress. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and inspired. Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and share best practices. Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Requirements: UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Proven experience teaching BTEC National in Health and Social Care (Level 3) and A-Level Psychology (AQA). Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A proactive approach to planning and delivering the curriculum. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
