Full-time 37-hour social work post to work in Mendip Community Adults Team, covering the East Mendip neighbourhood, including Shepton Mallet and Frome areas.
Expectation is for 2 days in the office; otherwise, hybrid working is available.
Supervision is provided with an Advanced Practitioner in Social Work.
