The Agency
This creative and vibrant social marketing agency are focused on assisting various FMCG and retail brands in connecting with their audiences across multiple social media channels. Their expertise lies in developing engaging content that speaks to relevant audiences, enhancing brand visibility and building authentic relationships with their customers. This agency are looking for a candidate eager to take initiative and play a role in their growth.
The Role
* Lead and manage key client accounts, driving growth and success.
* Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines and team alignment.
* Collaborate with the Head of Client Services to enhance client offerings across paid and organic social.
* Build strong client relationships and serve as a key escalation point.
* Foster a positive, collaborative agency culture.
* Contribute to process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
* Support or lead new business pitches, delivering creative solutions.
* Mentor and manage junior team members, with growth potential.
* Assist with recruitment as the agency expands.
About You
* 7+ years of agency client services experience with a proven track record.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and manage client needs.
* Expertise in account leadership, financial management, strategy, and creative direction.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
* Proven experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
* Collaborative team player, passionate about driving team success.
