About the Role:
This Investment Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company dedicated to creating a sustainable future. We are partnering with a leading player in the renewable energy sector to find a talented and driven Investment Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing and evaluating investment opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving growth in renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling for renewable energy projects.
2. Evaluate potential investments, including market research, risk assessment, and due diligence.
3. Prepare investment proposals and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Investment Analyst objectives.
4. Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide actionable insights.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and legal, to ensure project success.
6. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the renewable energy sector.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or CFA qualification is a plus.
2. 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
3. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
6. A passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
