Job summary We're looking for a Full time General Receptionist (40 hours a week) to work in our friendly team supporting one another and the Clinical Team. You will need to be a good communicator, fluent in English, written and spoken, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; especially under pressure. Have excellent organisational skills and time management. A caring, empathetic character is essential. Main duties of the job Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phone calls and booking appointments, scanning and filing electronic and manual letters, responding to workflow tasks generated, awareness of prescription requesting and front of reception work.
