Position Summary
Supports lead generation and ABM campaigns from inception to delivery, using direct and digital marketing techniques. Executes demand generation tactics such as events, webinars, content creation, direct mail, print & digital media and social media. Collaborates with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to provide input and insights to be used in marketing campaigns.
Job Duties
1. Executes work and provides project management support for multi-channel demand generation programmes.
2. Coordinates ABM style campaigns to support the Sales Team, including identifying target audiences and segments, assisting with lead identification and lead routing, and helping with appropriate follow-up.
3. Maintains the events calendar, and assists with marketing, planning, organisation, lead follow up and reporting of marketing events.
4. Collaborates with Product and Content teams to develop and create engaging, sales enablement content, as well as demand generation programmes across branding, product launches and promotions.
5. Executes activities on core marketing channels including email, events, webinars, direct mail, content marketing, paid and organic social.
6. Develops and implements suggestions to improve marketing processes and measurement of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
7. Acts as an extension of the brand + creative team, maintaining a consistent and sharp narrative throughout the company's internal and external communications.
Experience & Skills
1. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
2. Some marketing experience in a B2B environment, along with event planning and marketing skills, would be a great plus.
3. Can apply principles of analytical thinking to review marketing analysis, uncover underlying drivers, assess potential impact, and design metrics.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write marketing copy.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across stakeholders in a highly cross-functional team environment.
6. Comfortable working within a global team, and balancing local context with global goals.
7. Strong organizational and planning skills.
