About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants at Eclipse Homecare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users who live independently in one location.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and practical tasks such as shopping and housework. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
