Development and management of a central Strategic Partner dashboard which seeks to capture all partner activity and is used to track and drive forward delivery against partner pipeline, targeted growth plans and facilities. Regular development of Propositional insight by product, competitor, sector and industry. Actively support the business with strategic developments including the rollout of CRM (Salesforce) Regularly support the Broker Management Team with tender and facilities responses including the co-ordination of content and meeting schedules. Support the H/O Broker Management in developing out of synergies between AXA XL and Angel Risk Management. Co-ordinate the logistics and diary management for Key Partner business meetings including Quarterly Business Reviews. Development of the Broker Management and Facilities Performance pack which captures key team outputs and activity including Market Visibility, Tender and Facility pipeline/timelines, Market Events and Partner conferences and Broker surveys and insights. Support the Broker Management team with business requests including briefing notes, reporting and action tracking from QBR and key partner engagements. Oversee the Version control for the AXA XL Engagement Matrix. (in development) Supported by the H/O Broker Management, be jointly responsible for the Management of a number of emerging Strategic Partners. Preparing and maintaining up-to-date project plans and budget forecasts behalf of the H/O Broker Management. Monitoring project progress and reporting project status to stakeholders.
