About the role: Partner with teams to ensure effective review and challenge of consumer committee and forum materials Facilitate key Consumer Duty governance committees Lead governance improvement programmes across the Risk Office and wider business Analyse insights from customer journey testing and other sources to identify key themes and share findings with senior stakeholders Advocate for customers, using internal and external insights to inform recommendations About you: Experience in risk management, particularly internal risk practices Strong understanding of customer regulation and Consumer Duty principles Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data, delivering actionable insights Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and influential approach Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations Strong judgement and the ability to assess and recommend actions on diverse risks Critical thinking skills and a passion for improving customer outcomes If this sounds like you, apply today
