We’re looking for a confident and capable IT Systems Support Engineer to join our fast-paced IT team for 2 of our locations in Kent and Lincoln.
Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll provide hands-on support across our European offices—tackling technical issues, supporting infrastructure, and helping to keep our systems efficient, secure, and future-ready.
This role is a hybrid working model - but does require flexibility based on the needs of the business.
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.

Experience and Skills Required
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting end users through our ticketing system (first-line and beyond)
* Installing and maintaining software, hardware, and end-user devices
* Troubleshooting network issues (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
* Managing user access and permissions via Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
* Supporting our Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments
* Taking part in system upgrades, migrations, and IT infrastructure projects
* Monitoring system performance and spotting potential issues before they escalate
* Ensuring everything we do aligns with IT policy and compliance standards
* Provide on-call support when needed
Experience & Skills
* 3+ years hands-on experience with:
* Microsoft 365
* Entra ID (Azure AD)
* Azure Cloud, networking, and security.
* On-premise infrastructure and virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
* Troubleshooting server and networking issues (Windows, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
* Networking and infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG)
* A solid understanding of ITSM/ticketing systems
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Preferred Certifications
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or higher.
* Cisco Certified: CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge.
* ITIL Foundation or similar IT Service Management certification.
