Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Hotel Maintenance Operative to join the team at The Hotel de Paris, Cromer.
Hotel Maintenance Operative working hours:
As a Hotel Maintenance Operative, you will work 13 hours per week, over 3 days a week which may include weekends depending on the time of the season. This role is offered at an hourly rate of £13.25 – Regardless of age!
Being a Maintenance Operative:
As a Hotel Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for all general maintenance around the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction is prioritized while adhering to all health and safety regulations. The maintenance book will be your guide, fixing issues in guest bedrooms and public areas. You will also get involved in larger projects and liaising with third-party contractors, particularly if you have a specific area of expertise. Compliance will be a key part of your role, making sure weekly and monthly checks are completed as required. You will also assist during the winter works program, enabling you to utilize any specific skills you may possess.
