You'll coordinate shifts, lead by example, and be responsible for the performance of your team during each shift. Your leadership will help us maintain a caring, efficient, and positive atmosphere in our home.
* Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care is the minimum requirement.
* Medication Training: Practical Medication Administration with competencies is required.
* Written care plans: Ability to create, update, and maintain detailed, person-centred care plans.
* Leadership Skills: Someone who can lead a team, prior experience of this is essential.
