Job Title: Export Control Administrator

Salary: £25,900
What you'll be doing:
* Ensure compliance with applicable sanctions and export control laws and regulations
* Ensuring that parties with whom the Company interacts (including their Owners and Controllers) and the transactions in which it is engaged are appropriately screened
* Denied Party and Sanctioned Country Screening in line with business processes and measures Production of Metrics & KPIs
* Ad-hoc tasks, as required during peak processing periods to balance team workload and meet service commitments
* Participation in continuous improvement activities
* You will also be responsible for other administrative duties in the Import Export Department
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* General office / administrative background a requirement
* Regulatory/governance background would be advantageous but is not essential
* Proven experience communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
* Good IT skills, particularly in the use of MS Office packages, SharePoint

The Export Control team:
The Export Control Team is a business unit within BAE Systems Shared Services and provides a range of services to a variety of business units within BAE Systems. Reporting directly to the Export Control Manager you will be working as part of a busy team who operate in a multi-customer environment.
