We are recruiting for a Customer Success Executive to join our team full-time and permanently. Working with some of the world’s leading elite sports clubs and experiencing impressive and rapid growth. Want to be a part of that journey? Keep reading!
As a Customer Success Executive, you will:
* Working closely with the operation team, processing daily orders efficiently and accurately.
* Cultivate and uphold key relationships and enquiries through excellent customer service.
* Managing workload and communication with customers through our GORGIAS software
* Communicate with courier companies to ensure all consignments reach the customer promptly.
* Raise sales invoices and credits and work closely with our in-house accounts team on credit control.
* Ensuring high customer success and organisational standards are implemented with every order.
* Send out our ‘Informed Sport Compliance’ certificates to customers.
* Assist the Customer Success Lead with customer service enquiries and always service the customer to the highest levels of service possible in alignment with company standards.
To be successful in this role, you need:
Previous Experience:
* Experience in a customer-facing position.
* Experience using CRM and customer service software, ideally GORGIA.
* Have an exceptional eye for detail and interpersonal and communication skills.
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week - 9am-5pm, with an attractive salary of up to £25,000 per annum.
