We are looking for a Visiting Support Officer to join our Older People’s Visiting Support Service in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
As a Visiting Support Officer you will visit people within community settings, helping people to understand their options and navigate the services and support available to them, with the overall aim of maintaining independence.
We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solution focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
