Overview of the Role
This role is dedicated to our client JTI, working on their heated tobacco brand: Ploom.

This role will require you to work in small Independent Retailers to raise awareness / drive trial and ultimately sell Ploom to qualified / engaged customers. The store selection will be based on your Postcode, and we will aim to keep travel within one hour. It is essential you are based in the Sheffield area.
You will be working independently, and it is essential that you are a driver who owns a vehicle because you will be responsible for owning, setting up and managing your own Pop Up set up and stock.
A bit about the role:
Taking customers on a carefully curated journey, you will be responsible for product education, product trial and most importantly product sales. Working both inside and outside at the retailer will allow you to engage with qualified smokers / dualists to bring Ploom to their attention. You will be responsible for transactions (no cash handling), data capture and stock management.
Role go live and frequency of work
* Comprehensive, paid mandatory face to face training will take place on Tuesday 14th January (Location released to successful candidates)
* The role goes live from Tuesday 21st January until Saturday 28th June (subject to performance)
* You will work 5 days per week from Tuesday to Saturday.
* There will be 2 Break Weeks:
* w/c 10th March 2025
* w/c 12th May 2025
* Future opportunities and ongoing campaigns to be shared
Hours, Pay and Benefits
* Working hours are either 10:00am – 16:00pm or 12:00pm – 18:00pm. (subject to variation)
* You will be paid £16 p/h (+ holiday time automatically added), plus up to £20 per day for travel expenses, these are reimbursed on the provision of a valid receipt.
* You will be paid via PAYE – unfortunately we cannot employ those who are self-employed.
* Each week you will spend between 2 days in one retailer, and 3 days in another retailer.
* The geographical spread of the stores may be far-reaching, and so owning a car is a must have for this role.
