An exciting opportunity to join The Kirkwood’s Retail Team as a Shop Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall management of the shop, maximising income and profit and working with shop assistants and dedicated volunteers to build The Kirkwood’s profile within the local community. The ideal candidate will have previous management and retail/customer service experience and awareness of budgetary control and banking procedures. A flexible attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
