We are looking for a Service Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership. This is a key role where you will act as the liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring a seamless and professional experience when customers bring in their vehicles for servicing and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and engage with customers, listening to their needs and concerns
2. Schedule appointments, manage online bookings, and handle in-person inquiries
3. Provide accurate estimates and keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles
4. Work closely with technicians to ensure clear communication of customer concerns and repair timelines
5. Maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business
6. Ensure vehicles are ready for collection on time and in top condition
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
2. A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
4. Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks
5. A full UK driving license
6. Experience as a Service Advisor is a plus, but we welcome applicants with a strong background in customer service and a willingness to learn
