The Role As an MEP Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Estimating & Costing: Assess and price projects accurately to ensure viability and profitability. Project Management: Oversee multiple M&E contracts, coordinating teams and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Team Leadership: Manage supervisors, engineers, electricians, and apprentices while maintaining a productive and efficient workforce. Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce industry regulations, produce RAMS, and promote a safe working environment. What We’re Looking For 5 years of experience in an MEP Contracts Manager or senior supervisory role. Proven ability to estimate project costs with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of overseeing multiple teams. Extensive knowledge of health & safety regulations in the building services sector.
