From this continued success they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer Journey during the length of a customer's agreement.
Role responsibilities;
Resolve customer queries over the phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain thorough and accurate agreement records within their bespoke administration system.
Build and maintain a strong knowledge of core leasing products and services in asset finance.
Provide support to customers regarding future and past transactions on their agreement.
Responsible for the correct collection of customer payments
Manage any incoming payments to customer accounts and administer customer refunds.
Key skills required;
Customer Service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT Literate - Word, Excel, Outlook
Attention to detail and accuracy
Previous administration experience within Financial Services industry would be beneficial.So, why would you want to work here?
