As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll manage engineering projects, lead process improvements, and collaborate across departments to align technical efforts with business objectives.
Manufacturing Engineer Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead development from concept to launch.
2. Conduct design reviews to assess feasibility and manufacturability.
3. Identify and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
4. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
5. Plan and oversee engineering projects, ensuring delivery within time and budget.
6. Review designs and processes to meet quality standards.
7. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Increase labour productivity and reduce production costs.
9. Ensure compliance with quality standards and reduce warranty costs.
10. Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams to meet business goals.
11. Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Manufacturing Engineer Key Requirements:
1. Experienced Manufacturing Engineer.
2. Extensive experience in product design, manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, welding, assembly).
3. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and lean methodologies.
4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
5. Adaptability to evolving business needs and industry trends.
