Our client, a small and very friendly company based in Southam, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their small but busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order capture and processing through telephone, e-mail, and web order portal
* Customer query handling concerning products, order status, and accounts receivable status
* Complaint handling
* Quotations using the CRM system for pricing
* Upselling to existing customer base
Requirements:
* Proven strong customer service experience in an office
* Great telephone manner and communication skills
* Ability to create and maintain relationships
* Hardworking, driven, and motivated with the ability to work to deadlines
* Willingness to work in a team and chip in wherever needed
