HR Administrator Chelmsford, Essex To £28,000 A great varied role joining an established Company in a busy HR Department of 6. The HR Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of the HR facility, with specifics including : Administration in Group HR Matters, including employee benefits scheme, HR standard letters & Templates and Job Descriptions, Cycle to work scheme and Reference requests Drafting Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment, carrying out inductions with new starters and exit interviews with leavers as required Respond to calls and emails from employees and managers Maintain HR system, ensuring accuracy, and internal system keeping HR page up to date Keep staff handbook up to date, respond to reference requests Ensure Probation reviews and annual appraisals are held and recorded Assist in quarterly reporting and ad - hoc reporting as requested Assist with Training and Development, sourcing training as required and follow up The successful candidate is likely to have some HR Administration experience, and / or relevant HR Qualification, CIPD or similar.
