Job Description Workshop Fitter We are looking for an experienced Workshop Fitter to help support our client based in Peterborough. If you h ave experience working within a manufacturing or assembly environment and can read and understand to technical drawings, then this could be the perfect role for you. Job Responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean workshop and adhere to safe working practices Work with supervisor/manager to increase productivity Responsible for the day-to-day assembly of machinery and including site work with the clients Manage own workload efficiently and timely Provide development solutions for Omega equipment Adhere to workplace processes and systems related to own area of work Report build or quality issues to Design department and line manager To be able to work as a team or as an individual to reach goals Person Specification Experience within a workshop environment Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles Able to read technical drawings Hours of Work and Pay Monday to Friday 08.30 to 16.45 Up to £24,000 T here may be the requirement to work outside of these normal hours Option to join Company pension scheme after 1 years ’ service 21 days holiday
