We are hiring for an Office Assistant that is experienced in a similar role previously in Nuneaton. This is a friendly and modern office-based role, and you will assist with Administration to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Duties of an Office Assistant
In this role, you will be working in the Administration team to maintain a smooth running for the business. Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting with the organisation of files and documents
2. Answering phone calls and transferring to the correct colleague
3. Assisting with data entry
4. Maintaining the organisation of the office
5. Using Microsoft Office and Sage 50
Skills and Experience of an Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant, you need to have experience in a similar role previously. It would be beneficial to the Office Assistant role if you also had:
1. Strong numerical ability
2. Attention to detail
