Space 8 Recruitment are thrilled to be supporting this energetic, growing company within the hospitality/sports industry to recruit a Sales Ledger Assistant / Accounts Receivable Assistant on a hybrid basis.
The Company
This company dates back to the late 1990s and is a well-regarded employer in South Birmingham.
The Role
This is a brand new role due to the reorganisation of the department. It will sit alongside Credit Control, reporting into the FC. Duties include:
1. Posting customer payments
2. Ensuring unallocated cash is resolved
3. Raising invoices, some standard and some bespoke
4. Managing credit control for a handful of customers alongside the Credit team
5. Raising refunds/credits where required
What are we looking for?
You must be working as a Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable Assistant currently.
Good knowledge of Excel.
