Job Description:
Logical are working with a well-established construction company who have recently set up a passive fire/fire door department. They are looking for a permanent Operations Manager to join them to help grow the fire department.
Our client has already won multiple large projects and has an exceptional amount of work for this year, most of the projects are within the North West.
The projects will consist of a range of commercial projects including hospitals, care homes, universities, and student accommodations.
Must Have:
* Experience managing both fire door carpenters and fire stopping projects.
* 3+ years contract manager experience and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
* Two reputable references.
* A driving licence.
* Open to negotiation depending on experience.
* Available to start ASAP.
Location:
* Manchester - must be happy to travel nationwide as and when needed.
