We’re on the hunt for a Maintenance Operative, so, if you’re a multi-talented tradesperson, looking for a permanent role with a company that aims to provide excellent customer experiences, we want to hear from you. You’ll be part of a growing repairs team, visiting customers’ making bricklaying and roofing repairs, showcasing your eye for detail and excellent standards. At interview you’ll need to show us your full clean driving licence and in order to be considered you’ll need to have a full driving licence. If you have it we’d like to see your C&G or NVQ Level II in Roofing, Bricklaying or Carpentry, but this is not a deal breaker. You’ll be working in a team of two with use of a company van during the day, visiting our customers’ homes, fixing various issues, taking pride in a job well done, knowing that you’ve made a real difference to our customers. A few key points from our role profile: To carry out a range of bricklaying or carpentry tasks in line with your skill set as issued to you by the work planner. To work as part of a two team to deliver our roofing programme and to support other team members when requested. Minimise disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe methods of working in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations & FHG’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy. Attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work or contact customer directly to make access arrangements. Work flexibly to enable repairs to be carried out at times arranged with the customer. Sounds like me, so what are you offering?
