Stock Order with FLT Operative – Near Ely.
We have exciting opportunity to work for a globally recognised business, considered to be the leader in its field of expertise of bus manufacturing.
This is a permanent role, with an immediate start. Their parent company manufacture buses; therefore, this role is to process their customer orders for bus body parts.

General Duties for the Stock & Order Operative:
1. Counterbalance FLT license essential
2. Deal with customer order requests for parts, identify part, raise sales orders, pack and dispatch parts.
3. Prepare and pack consignments for deliveries to customers and/or suppliers, ensuring that the items despatched will be protected during transit.
4. Raising purchase orders (stock replenishment)
5. General stock control
6. Order picking and preparing orders for dispatch
7. Update purchase order receipt status promptly.
8. Maintain organised storage and identification of all goods in accordance with best practices.
9. Manage stock control and issue of goods accurately.
10. Assist in cycle counts and stock checks as required.
11. Perform general administrative duties to support the procurement process.
12. Ensure compliance with all standards, internal policies, and specifications.
13. Using internal computer system to control and adjust stock levels accordingly
14. Previous experience of stores and material handling is imperative
15. SAP experience desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
Weekly Hours:
16. Monday – Thursday 08.00-16.30
17. Friday 08.00-14.00
18. 38 hr working week after breaks
