Head of Social, Marketing Agency Location: Central London Salary: £50K - £70K We are seeking a Head of Social & Creative to lead the social team and social strategy at a marketing agency specialising in the hospitality industry. If you're a leader with a passion for social media and expertise in social strategy and client management, this role offers the opportunity to shape impactful campaigns and drive their clients' success in the hospitality space. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end social media strategy and execution, delivering high-quality, impactful content. Develop and guide long-term social strategies, ensuring engagement across channels. Advance their paid social strategy to maximise client success with creative, data-driven planning. Implement content calendar processes across the team for consistent, streamlined output. Work closely with Client Services to enhance reporting processes and showcase results. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and bringing fresh, innovative ideas. Skills & Experience Must have experience working with hospitality clients at an agency. 5 years of experience in social media with a proven record in strategic and creative campaign management. Experience managing teams. Skilled in trend analysis, campaign planning, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in paid social and understanding of content processes. Strong communication and client relationship skills.
