Family Involvement and Information Officer (Disabled Children and Young People)

Are you passionate about improving the lives of families with disabled children and young people? Do you have experience providing guidance and support to families with complex health needs? We are looking for a highly motivated Family Involvement and Information Officer to join our team and help lead the development of an information, advice, and guidance service for families and carers of disabled children and young people.
About the Role: As the Family Involvement and Information Officer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an accessible and user-focused information service for families with disabled children and young people. You will work closely with a variety of agencies, ensuring families have the resources and support they need at every stage of their journey.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the development and implementation of a multi-agency Information Strategy tailored to the needs of families with disabled children and young people.
Providing professional advice and guidance to families, carers, and professionals, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.
