Salary: Up-to £52,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00am - 4:00pm Location: Daventry Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to help support the current team in all aspects of HGV maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all requirements are met, a problem solver and good team player. Key Responsibilities: Ensure Compliance and Maintenance: Oversee all vehicle maintenance requirements, including MOTs, PMIs, tachograph calibrations, brake tests, and routine servicing, to ensure road worthiness and compliance with regulations. Technical Expertise: Utilise your experience in HGV maintenance, including engines, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, brake systems, welding, and electrical systems, to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Problem Solving: Apply your analytic mindset to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems, even under pressure. Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Adaptability: Maintain a confident, flexible, and positive attitude to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment. Basic IT Skills: Demonstrate reasonable computer literacy to manage maintenance records and updates effectively.About You: Excellent communication skills and confident Flexible and reliable Strong organisational skills to manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines.
