Maintain exceptional standards of service quality, cleanliness, and ambiance. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a motivated and high-performing team. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue. Coordinate with the culinary team to create menus and promotions that appeal to a wide range of guests. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Foster a positive and engaging work environment, motivating the team to achieve their best. What We Need from You: Previous experience in a managerial role in a similar high-volume restaurant or bar. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and current industry trends. Experience with managing budgets and financial performance. Flexibility and adaptability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is a plus.
