Order Processing: Manage the team’s order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Customer Relations: Be responsible for managing and maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving any issues or escalations. Reporting: Compile and present detailed reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics. Coaching & Training: Conduct 1:1s with team members, providing coaching and training to help them grow professionally and improve performance. What We're Looking For: Fluency in a Nordic language: Native-level fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian is essential. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or team management role, ideally within a customer service environment. Commutability to Nottingham: You must be able to commute to Nottingham for this hybrid role. SAP Experience: Experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory. Strong Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills are essential for compiling reports and analyzing data.
