We are recruiting a Business Development Executive on an initial 12-month FTC to support in all aspects of business development for our Financial Services sector. This may include campaign planning and delivery, organising and running our successful webinar series and in-person events, managing targeted initiatives, preparing bids, leveraging our social media channels, and creating a suite of new collateral. This role can be based at either our Edinburgh or London Office locations on a hybrid basis, and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Experience in a similar business development type role in a large complex organisation. Able to help with the creation of marketing collateral such as briefs, flyers, internal newsletters and brochures. Experience supporting and managing the delivery and promotion of webinars and face-to-face events (which may include working outside of normal working hours). Experience supporting with communications of BD initiatives, including internal newsletters, external articles, thought leadership campaigns etc. Able to act as a team player with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
