Accounts Receivable Clerk Day-to-day of the role: Efficiently manage the incoming payments and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. Maintain up-to-date billing system and carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues. Facilitate swift payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts. Accounts Receivable Clerk Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes. High level of accuracy and efficiency. Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers. Proficient in relevant accounting software and MS Office. Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with clients.
