Job Description
We are seeking passionate SEN/SEND Tutors to work with young people in Leicestershire, supporting those with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), or other Additional Educational Needs.
This is an ideal opportunity for qualified teachers who wish to provide 1:1 tutoring in a flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed manner. Our team of SEN/SEND Support Specialists provides extensive support throughout each placement, ensuring every child receives the best possible care.
The role involves delivering Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with varied learning needs. You will work closely with local authorities and schools to identify areas of need and develop tailored support plans.

SEN/SEND Tutor Role
* Deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
* Work with local authorities and schools to identify areas of need and develop support plans
* Provide flexible and holistic trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
Key Responsibilities
* Plan engaging sessions that meet individual needs
* Complete lesson reports and provide feedback on progress
Requirements
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status/QTS/QTLS)
* Minimum 2 years teaching experience
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
* Safeguarding knowledge and Enhanced DBS clearance
