We seek an innovative Early and New Careers Development Lead to design and implement pathways for interns, apprentices, and graduates in the Planning and Growth Department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pathway Design: Enhance early and new careers pathways.
2. Pilot Program: Develop a 6-month pilot for recruitment.
3. Work Placement: Create and pilot a work placement program.
4. Collaboration: Promote careers with stakeholders.
5. Relationship Management: Maintain ties with education and industry bodies.
6. Recruitment and Selection: Implement fair recruitment approaches.
7. Onboarding: Coordinate induction of participants.
8. Diversity Monitoring: Monitor and address participant diversity.
9. Training Providers: Select and manage training providers.
10. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate training provider performance.
11. Participant Support: Ensure pastoral learning support.
12. Program Evaluation: Assess and improve the ENC pilot.
