This multi-million turnover and well-known business in Liverpool is looking for a Bookkeeper to support their payables and payroll function on a full-time, permanent basis. This includes full start-to-finish accounts payable/receivable processes and understanding of payroll. This is a fast-paced role for a multi-tasker wanting a variety in their day-to-day tasks.
Job Description
The Bookkeeper duties include: Accounts Payable/Receivable/Credit Control/Payroll Required
* Supplier payments/payment runs.
* PO approval.
* Staff expenses.
* Payroll for 250 employees including: collating and updating systems.
* Payroll audit for outsourced payroll provider using Iris.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Bookkeeper MUST:
* Have an understanding of AP/AR/Payroll.
* Understand payroll legislation/tax rules.
* Experience with Iris is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Have the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Possess good Excel and IT skills.
